Herbal tea slush

Slush à la tisane

You'll need:

  • 2 tablespoons of herbal tea
  • 1 liter of hot water (780 degrees Celsius)
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 2 cups of ice cubes

Infuse the herbal tea with hot water for 15 to 20 minutes. Add the sugar and lemon juice, mix well and refrigerate. Pour into blender with 2 cups ice cubes.

Grind for 30 seconds and serve!
