Pu Erh
Categorized not only as “black tea” but as “Dark tea”. It comes from the Yu Nan region in China. It is fermented at more than 95% of the leaf, more than all usual black teas. It is then aged, which gives it its very special woody and earthy taste. This full-bodied tea, but without bitterness, gives a deep red infusion.

Je ne bois pas de oolong habituellement mais celui-ci est exceptionnel.

Depuis que je l'utilise je trouves que mon thé matcha est plus lise.
Un thé onctueux avec une touche de vanille. J’adore. Ce thé noir a remplacé mon café du matin.
