Iced matcha

Matcha glacé

You'll need:

  • 2 matcha spoons of matcha of your choice (4-6g)
  • 150 ml hot water (70 degrees Celsius)
  • 350 ml of cold water
  • Ice cubes


Mix the matcha with hot water and add a few ice cubes. Stir while whisking, ideally with a whisk or a bamboo whisk. Add cold water, stir and enjoy!
