You'll need:
- 2 matcha spoons of matcha of your choice (between 4-6g)
- 150 ml of hot water at 80 degrees Celsius
- 350 ml of animal or vegetable milk
- Ice cubes
Mix the matcha with hot water, whisk (ideally with a whisk or bamboo whisk) and add the ice cubes. Froth (or not) milk. Add the milk to the matcha, mix and pour over ice!
