Refreshing Recipe: Mystea Iced Matcha Latte

Cool down with a smooth and creamy Iced Matcha Latte, perfect for a delicious and energizing break. Easy to prepare, this drink highlights the full richness of your favorite matcha. 🌱✨


You will need:

  • 2 matcha spoons of Mystea matcha of your choice (4 to 6 g)
  • 150 ml of hot water (80 °C)
  • 350 ml of dairy or plant-based milk (oat or soy recommended)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Prepare the matcha base:

    • Add the matcha to a bowl using your matcha spoon.
    • Pour in the hot water (80 °C) and whisk vigorously with a whisking ball or a bamboo whisk until the texture is smooth and frothy.
  2. Cool it down with ice:

    • Add a few ice cubes directly to the matcha to chill it quickly.
  3. Add the milk:

    • Froth your milk (optional) for a light and creamy texture.
    • Pour the milk over the chilled matcha, mix gently, and serve over ice.

Mystea Tip:
