Matcha differs from others for more than one reason. It is covered 3 weeks before harvest. During this time, tea produces more L-theanine and caffeine. We recognize its quality by its bright green color. It is consumed mixed in water or milk. It is traditionally prepared using a bamboo whisk, but it's even more effective with our superb matcha gourd !
